Testimonials

Many children would never normally have the opportunity to meet a 'real life' author so it was nice for them to have the chance to see the book and the author at the same time. Robert was patient, keen and enthusiastic to answer all students' questions. Author visits encourage  children to try and write their own stories and never give up. Our students left talking about  writing and illustrating their own books. Thanks for the inspiration"

It was a pleasure having Robert Vescio visit our school. The students enjoyed his talk so much and have gained an insight into how to become an author. Hopefully they are inspired to write lots of their ideas down and maybe one day we will be reading a book they have written!"

Mondayitis disappeared completely, when Robert Vescio introduced his beautiful picture books to our K-6 students! All ages were captivated by his readings, and enthused by his many games. The students fired lots of questions at Robert during the Q&A and he was very gracious in answering them all. Thank you Robert for visiting our school and sharing your passion for stories."

Robert Vescio visited our school during Book Week 2019. He spoke to all our students about the inspiration for his books, writing and publishing.  He was very generous with his time and dealt with all the questions the students had in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. He is an accomplished author and the students at our school love his books. We really enjoyed his visit to our school."
